Estos términos regulan el uso de LiveNest. Al crear una cuenta o usar la app, aceptas cumplirlos.

1. Qué es LiveNest

LiveNest es una herramienta que se conecta a un canal de TikTok Live (el tuyo u otro que elijas) para leer el chat en voz alta, mostrar alertas de regalos/seguidores/likes, y reproducir canciones pedidas por el chat. LiveNest no está afiliada, patrocinada ni respaldada por TikTok, ByteDance, YouTube, Google, Stripe, ni por ninguna persona cuya voz pudiera generarse con las funciones de texto a voz integradas.

2. Tu cuenta

Eres responsable de mantener segura tu contraseña y de toda actividad que ocurra en tu cuenta. Debes tener al menos 13 años para usar LiveNest.

3. Membresía y pagos

La membresía Premium se cobra a través de Stripe con renovación automática (mensual), salvo que la canceles antes. Puedes cancelarla en cualquier momento desde "Mi cuenta" — conservas el acceso hasta el final del período que ya pagaste, y no se te vuelve a cobrar. Las cuentas nuevas reciben una semana de prueba gratis; no ofrecemos reembolsos parciales salvo que la ley aplicable lo exija.

4. Uso aceptable

No puedes usar LiveNest para:

• Publicar o generar contenido ilegal, difamatorio, de acoso o discurso de odio.
• Suplantar a una persona real, identificable, sin su consentimiento — incluyendo generar audio con las voces de texto a voz que imite la voz de alguien en particular.
• Violar los términos de servicio de TikTok, YouTube, o cualquier otro servicio de terceros que LiveNest integra.
• Intentar vulnerar, sobrecargar o eludir las medidas de seguridad de la app (incluida cualquier cuota de uso).

5. Tu contenido

Eres el único responsable del contenido que lees, escribes o generas a través de LiveNest (mensajes, plantillas, audio generado, etc.). No revisamos ese contenido de antemano y no somos responsables por él.

6. Disponibilidad del servicio

LiveNest depende de servicios de terceros (la conexión a TikTok Live, YouTube, los proveedores de voz) que pueden cambiar, fallar o discontinuarse sin aviso previo, fuera de nuestro control. No garantizamos disponibilidad ininterrumpida.

7. Propiedad intelectual

El código, diseño y marca de LiveNest nos pertenecen. No puedes copiar, redistribuir ni crear un servicio derivado sin autorización.

8. Suspensión y cierre de cuenta

Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que violen estos términos, sin perjuicio de otras acciones que correspondan.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

LiveNest se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo. En la medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso de la app.

10. Indemnización

Aceptas indemnizarnos frente a reclamos de terceros que surjan de un uso indebido de LiveNest de tu parte, incluyendo el contenido que generes con ella.

11. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Pensilvania, Estados Unidos, sin dar efecto a sus disposiciones sobre conflicto de leyes. Cualquier disputa que no pueda resolverse de manera informal se someterá a los tribunales estatales o federales con sede en el condado de Filadelfia, Pensilvania, y ambas partes aceptan esa jurisdicción.

12. Cambios a estos términos

Si actualizamos estos términos de forma significativa, lo indicaremos en esta misma página con la fecha de la nueva versión.

These terms govern your use of LiveNest. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to follow them.

1. What LiveNest is

LiveNest is a tool that connects to a TikTok Live channel (yours or one you choose) to read the chat aloud, show gift/follower/like alerts, and play songs requested by chat. LiveNest is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok, ByteDance, YouTube, Google, or Stripe, nor by any individual whose voice might be generated with the integrated text-to-speech features.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use LiveNest.

3. Membership and payments

Premium membership is billed through Stripe with automatic renewal (monthly), unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel anytime from "My Account" — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. New accounts get a one-week free trial; we don't offer partial refunds unless required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use LiveNest to:

• Post or generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, or hateful content.
• Impersonate a real, identifiable person without their consent — including generating text-to-speech audio that imitates a specific person's voice.
• Violate the terms of service of TikTok, YouTube, or any other third-party service LiveNest integrates with.
• Attempt to breach, overload, or circumvent the app's security measures (including any usage quota).

5. Your content

You are solely responsible for content you read, write, or generate through LiveNest (messages, templates, generated audio, etc.). We don't review that content in advance and are not responsible for it.

6. Service availability

LiveNest depends on third-party services (the TikTok Live connection, YouTube, voice providers) that may change, fail, or be discontinued without notice, outside our control. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Intellectual property

LiveNest's code, design, and brand belong to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or build a derivative service without authorization.

8. Suspension and account closure

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, without prejudice to any other action available to us.

9. Limitation of liability

LiveNest is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your misuse of LiveNest, including content you generate with it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

If we make significant updates to these terms, we'll note it on this same page along with the date of the new version.
